This licensing agreement operates under the terms of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Under this license, we provide you with access to our proprietary technology and equipment. In turn, your company undertakes the obligation to maintain strict confidentiality and refrain from copying or reproducing any provided technology or equipment.

No special requirements or advanced qualifications are needed. You will need a production facility, an open-air area under a canopy, as well as 1–2 unskilled but physically fit workers for a non-commercial license and 2–4 workers for commercial projects. Training is included in the license agreement.

The cost of manufacturing monolithic heat exchangers using our technology is extremely low! That’s because 95% of the raw materials used are recycled metal, which you’re sure to find right near your facility! In addition, our unique technology and equipment for machining parts make production very inexpensive, fast, and do not require highly skilled workers. This way, you’re spared unnecessary logistics, customs, and production costs!

Basic non-commercial license.  This is the entry-level option for non-commercial production. You’ll be able to manufacture monolithic heat exchangers using our technology for your company’s needs. This license includes the full transfer of our non-ferrous metal casting technology! We also provide the fundamentals of our unique technology for machining, drilling, and thread cutting! However, the amount of equipment included in the basic non-commercial license does not allow for the production of large volumes of products in a short period of time. For higher production speeds, you’ll need to upgrade to the next license type!

Professional Non-commercial license.  You can continue to manufacture monolithic heat exchangers using our technology exclusively for your company's needs. However, the number of equipment and the automation of the production process will allow you to do this much faster, with significantly less time and labor.

Basic commercial region license. You will be able to manufacture monolithic heat exchangers and integrate them into heating systems not only for your company’s needs but also for commercial purposes. This license grants you exclusive rights to operate within a specific region of your country, such as a region, state, or province. Your company will be the only one in the region to hold such a license. Production volumes and the number of units are significantly higher compared to the non-commercial license type!

Professional Сommercial country license.  This type of license grants you the exclusive right to use our technology in your country for commercial purposes. No one else will be able to compete with you, which opens up truly great opportunities. The amount of equipment and the level of automation will allow you to achieve impressive production volumes and excellent financial results! We provide in-depth training that fully reveals the technological secrets we’ve developed over more than 5 years! We offer both distance learning and on-site training at the client’s location. We can determine the specifics during the contract negotiation process. After successful training and the launch of production, we provide ongoing technical support to our clients. Additionally, we conduct periodic inspections to improve the technology and verify its effective use.
